Premier Places Tenants
Renting
Premier Places are specialists in the letting and management of quality residential property. We have a comprehensive database of properties ranging from modern city centre apartments through to 4 bedroom country homes. We offer a first class service of expertise, an excellent knowledge of the area both locally and regionally and will work closely with you to find a property that suits your requirements. Below you will find some useful information regarding renting - if you would like to find out more please contact our letting department.
How do I arrange a viewing?
Simply contact our offices and we will arrange for one of our experienced negotiators to meet you at the property. If the property is vacant then we can possibly arrange for you to view the property the same day. We understand that time is valuable and often your lifestyle may not conform to the normal 9-5 so our Letting Negotiators are as flexible as possible offering early evening and weekend viewings.
What is your application procedure?
If you have seen a property that you would like to rent then firstly we will need you to complete an application form. You can either do this by clicking here or we can arrange for one to be sent out to you.
Each person who is intending to live at the property and is over the age of 18, is required to complete an application form.
We will then begin the referencing process.
All tenants must be:
- In employment and earning 3 times the monthly rental.
- An EU resident. If you are not an EU resident then you will need to bring a residency permit or work permit with you.
You will need to provide us with photographic identification; a passport or a driving licence. If you are not an EU resident then in addition, we will need to see a copy of your residency or work permit.
What references do I need?
The administration fee, which is payable with your deposit enables us to arrange a credit check, request references from your employer and obtain character and landlord references.
